Because every piece in our repository is uniquely custom-printed to order at the time of purchase, Dissenting Design Co. does not support or accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. 

All sales are structurally final. Detailed sizing charts are provided directly on our product pages; please verify your dimensions before finalizing deployment at checkout.

DAMAGES AND CONFIGURATION ERRORS
We stand firmly behind our independent manufacturing quality. If your order arrives physically damaged, misprinted, or defective, it is fully protected under our Merchant Care policy. 

To initiate a zero-cost replacement query:
1. Inspect your delivery immediately upon reception.
2. Contact us within 14 days of the carrier delivery stamp at: contact@dissentingdesign.co
3. Provide your order number along with clear, well-lit photograph proofs showing the specific defect or damage.

Once verified, our system will immediately fast-track a brand-new replacement piece to your address at absolutely no cost to you. 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you maintain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under localized compliance laws. Items must remain in their original unworn condition. To exercise this right, contact our administration registry directly at contact@dissentingdesign.co.
